SA fans shocked at World Rugby’s ‘dream team’ which includes only one Springbok player

World Rugby’s “dream team,” which only has one Springbok player, has upset South African supporters.

Following the Springboks’ exhausting World Cup campaign to settle scores with other nations and win the worldwide event for a record-breaking fourth time, World Rugby unveiled its dream team on Sunday.

Eben Etzebeth was the only Springbok player listed on the dream team, though.

With five players apiece, Ireland and France make up the majority of the XV.Argentina and England were left off the list.

Jacques Nienaber, our world cup-winning coach, was not awarded coach of the year.

In recognition of his accomplishment in guiding Ireland to a Six Nations Grand Slam and the top rank in the World Rugby Men’s Rankings powered by Capgemini for 15 months, Andy Farrell was named World Rugby Coach of the Year, according to World Rugby.

The World Rugby Dream Team XV’s funniest aspect is that the Boks would defeat it in a test 😂😂

South African rugby supporters voiced their disapproval of the team’s selection and the absence of Springboks.

After the head coach was overlooked for Coach of the Year, the Bad Guy Springboks depart France with just one player on the Dream Team of the Year.
