CLARA, Santa — Regarding left tackle Trent Williams’ availability this week, there isn’t any drama.

When the 49ers play the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Levi’s Stadium on Sunday, they will be playing at almost full strength.

Williams did not appear on the team’s official injury report and participated fully in sessions on Thursday and Friday.

He returned to the 49ers starting lineup on Sunday, having missed the previous two games due to an ankle ailment. Although Williams thought he was playing at a 75–80% effectiveness rate, his presence contributed to the 49ers’ 31-3 victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

“If you can just go out there and play the game, sometimes you actually come out a little better,” 49ers general manager Lynch stated on KNBR’s Murph and Mac Show on Friday morning.

“And it appears that Trent was one of those cases.”

With the exception of left guard Aaron Banks, the 49ers anticipate having all of their starters available on both sides of the ball. He still can’t play because of a “turf toe” injury. When Banks will be able to resume operations is unknown.

In place of Banks, seasoned offensive guard Jon Feliciano will start his second game. Prior to Banks’ injury, Feliciano was supposed to start splitting time with right guard Spencer Burford, 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan disclosed this week.

After the game against the Jaguars, left tackle Colton McKivitz experienced minor problems with his knee and ankle, but he should be well for Sunday’s match.

“He must be in pain,” Lynch remarked. “Getting Colton out of there will require a lot of work because he is a tough guy.” I believe we were lucky.

“We were lucky, I believe, that he emerged unscathed from the heaps that formed inside of him. Colton is also really tough. So he’s practiced, and I think he should be good to go.”

After their game in Week 10, the 49ers’ only injury was to backup offensive lineman Nick Zakelj. He is sidelined for the season due to a torn biceps that he incurred while playing special teams.

This week, the 49ers activated an offensive lineman from their practice squad to the 53-man roster, while they placed Zakelj on injured reserve. The 49ers are contemplating Jesse Davis, Ilm Manning, Corey Luciano, and Henry Byrd for promotions.

Defensive end Robert Beal and cornerbacks Samuel Womack and Darrell Luter completed their second full week of practice as well. Womack, Beal, and Luter are on the injured reserve and the physically unable of performing list, respectively.

The 49ers need to decide on each of those guys by the end of next week. They can choose to be waived, remain on their injury lists for the rest of the season, or be activated to the 53-man roster.
