Several media outlets began showing what their All-America team would look like following the 2023 college football season.

CBS Sports, USA TODAY and Sports Illustrated released one and several Michigan football players who all made the list.

The Athletic revealed what their All-America team looked like and two Wolverines made the cut. The Athletic announced that both Zak Zinter and Will Johnson are on the All-American team.

Zinter has been a first-team All-American at all four outlets to date. His play on the field certainly didn’t go unnoticed and helped lead Michigan’s offensive line to another potential Joe Moore Award winner.

Zinter decided to return to Michigan for his senior year, and although he unfortunately suffered a season-ending injury against Ohio State, Zinter should develop into a great NFL guard at the next level.Johnson is a second-team All-American, according to The Athletic.

The second-year cornerback has been a standout during his time in Ann Arbor and most draft analysts believe he would be a first-round pick this year if he is eligible to enter the NFL draft.

But luckily for Michigan, the Wolverines will bring Johnson back for at least one season in 2024. Copyright ABG-SI LLC.
