Browns Send Message on Joe Flacco After Beating Bears
Joe Flacco plays quarterback for the Cleveland Browns. Joe Flacco, the 38-year-old quarterback for the Cleveland Browns, wasn’t always pretty, but he delivered huge plays against the Chicago Bears when it mattered most.
